Kelley D. Richards was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ALFA Power Solutions on November 18, 2014. Since joining the Company in 2009, Jeffrey has held several leadership positions including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development.
Ernest A. Latham
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ernest A. Latham joined ALFA Power Solutions in May 2017 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on July 1, 2017. Paul has 25 years of experience in various finance executive roles mainly in the Oil & Gas industry working with Shell and OMV in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
William T. Jansen
Chief Sales Officer
William T. Jansen was appointed Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of ALFA Power Solutions on January 23, 2017. John joined the company in 2012 and became VP Sales in October 2014. He is a global Sales Director with over 20 years experience and a successful track record in business development and market penetration, especially in the Oil & Gas and power generation industry.

Joerg Liedloff was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ALFA Power Solutions on January 23, 2017. Joerg has been VP Product Management and Business Development since October 2016. Joerg is an accomplished manager in the electrical engineering industry with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
Peter Helmich
Global Head of Services
Peter Helmich was appointed Global Head of Service of ALFA Power Solutions on February 20, 2017. Since joining the company in July 2016, Peter has held the position of Head of Sales Germany and Deputy Head of Sales and Service for Middle and Eastern Europe. He came from ABB where he has led a successful career in the Power Generation unit of the group.
